Drew Marine Safety B.V., with their European headquarter in Barendrecht (NL), is a global leader in technical solutions and services to the marine industry. Recently they approached Pronomar to deliver their efficient, state-of-the-art drying systems, made from stainless steel, to dry survival suits that are being sent to them from various vessels.

Drew Marine believes in environment friendly solutions in the products and services to their customers. Our Pronomar-Top Trock drying systems represent just that. The drying systems dry by means of a big amount of warm air coming from a powerful blower that blows the air directly into the suits to be dried. Even though the blower is a powerful one it still uses very little energy which means a low carbon footprint and thus makes them very environment-friendly.

The drying systems also prolong the lifetime of the costly suits which means less purchasing costs. From a health point of view the drying systems decrease the risk of sickness among the staff (as it goes without saying that when you can work in dry and properly maintained outfits you are less likely to get sick) which as a consequence increases motivation and productivity.
