After recently equipping their subsea fishing vessel SCH81 “Carolien” with drying systems for their crew’s work outfits, Pronomar are happy to have again been approached by Cornelis Vrolijk’s Visserij Maatschaappij; this time for their environment-friendly MERUS ring technology.

The following rings will be installed on board the Carolien:
one 3” HCI (High Industrial Capacity) ring for the Alfa Laval Evaporator and
one 1 ½ “ HCI (High Industrial Capacity) BIO ring for the hydrofoor.

After installing the rings give off micro-fine oscillations that disturb the lime scale and other troublesome substances. Afterwards these substances are flushed away leaving the evaporator and hydrofoor in question free from any scaling. The equipments lifetime is also prolonged which in turn means a significant decrease in operational costs.
Further the MERUS rings also help you save time as there is no maintenance at all involved with them.

Pronomar are proud to have yet again been considered by Cornelis Vrolijk and to have been able to provide an all-round package of products which mean that both the crew as well as the expensive equipment on-board can work at the highest-possible standard.
