Uniworld’s newest and most luxurious Super Ship, the S.S. Maria Theresa, is built for up to 150 guests travelling the Rhine, Main and Danube in great style. Just as her superb sister ships, the S.S. Antoinette and S.S. Catherine, now also the S.S. Maria Theresa is equipped with the green water treatment technology – the MERUS rings.
Pronomar B.V. equipped the following applications:
• Cold water system
• Hot water system including circulation line
• Swimming pool
• Kitchen applications
Once the MERUS rings are installed, they give off tiny oscillations that disturb the lime scale. Afterwards the troublesome substances are simply flushed away. By keeping the equipment free from scaling the initial performance level of the equipment will be brought back, plus it prolongs the lifetime of the equipment, which in return means a significant decrease in costs.
